Why are my previous scans or reports not showing?

X-Ray & Imaging have recently moved to a new patient mobile app and portal. There may be instances where your prior images and reports are no longer available.

Old Studies

Studies performed prior to 2017 are not available to be uploaded to the Patient Portal.

Morayfield Studies

Studies performed at Imaging Morayfield are no longer available. Contact Imaging Morayfield or see their website for further information: https://www.imagingmorayfield.com.au/

We Need To Verify Your Identity

Your privacy is very important to us and we want to verify your identity and secure your explicit consent prior to migrating your prior scans and reports to the new portal. Please click Submit a Ticket at the bottom of this page, and provide the following details, and our friendly support team will help restore your access:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • The mobile number registered to the radiology practice
  • The name of the clinic & suburb you attended
  • Information about the missing scans, such as: date of scan, type of scan, body part, referring doctor
